Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 85po platform, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use this platform.
To register and use 85po's services, you must meet the following requirements:

- You are not on any list of individuals or entities restricted from using services of this nature.
85po reserves the right to verify the identity and eligibility of any user at any time. Registrations that do not meet the above requirements may be terminated without prior notice.
Account Creation & Security Responsibilities
Account Registration
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the 85po platform. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without compensation.
You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date. Inaccurate or false information may be grounds for account closure.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login credentials confidential. 85po will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or phone under any circumstances.
If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, please contact our support team immediately. You are responsible for all activity that occurs within your account until you report a security concern.
Platform Usage Rules
85po users agree to comply with all of the following usage rules when using the platform:
- Using the platform for any purpose that violates Malaysian law is strictly prohibited.
- Attempting to hack, breach, or disrupt the platform's security systems is strictly prohibited.
- The use of automated software, bots, or scripts to manipulate games or platform systems is strictly prohibited.
- Sharing your account with others or granting third-party access to your account is strictly prohibited.
- Abusing promotions, bonuses, or special offers through dishonest or manipulative means is strictly prohibited.
- Spreading false or misleading information about the platform to other users is strictly prohibited.
Violating any of the above rules may result in account suspension or closure, forfeiture of bonus balances, and in serious cases, appropriate legal action.
Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals in Malaysian Ringgit
Financial Transaction Policy
All transactions on the 85po platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that all payment details provided are accurate and valid. 85po is not liable for any transaction delays or failures resulting from incorrect information.
- Deposit: Funds deposited into an account cannot be transferred to another user. Processed deposits are non-reversible except under circumstances specified by platform policy.
- Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests will be processed within the stipulated timeframe. 85po reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal to ensure transaction security.
- Transaction Limits: Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals vary depending on the selected payment method and are subject to change.
- Refunds: In certain circumstances, such as a confirmed technical error, 85po will process refunds in accordance with the established procedures. All refund decisions are final.
All user funds are held separately from the company's operational accounts to ensure the protection of user balances.
Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Platform Limitation of Liability
85po is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform, including service disruptions, technical errors, or data loss. 85po's maximum liability to any user is limited to the amount deposited within the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, trademarks, and software on the 85po platform are the exclusive property of 85po or its licensors. Users are prohibited from reproducing, distributing, modifying, or using any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
Third-Party Links
The 85po platform may contain links to third-party services or websites. 85po does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. Accessing such links is entirely at the user's own risk.
Account Policy, Amendments to Terms & Governing Law
Account Suspension & Closure
85po reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account under the following circumstances:
- Violation of any rules or terms set out in this document.
- Suspected fraud, money laundering, or financial misconduct.
- Providing false or misleading registration information.
- A user's own request to close their account.
- Account inactivity exceeding the period specified under the platform's current policy.
If an account is closed due to a violation, any bonus balance will be forfeited. Any remaining real-money balance that has not been withdrawn will be processed in accordance with the established review procedures.
Amendments to Terms
85po reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Changes take effect upon being posted on the platform. Continued use of the platform after any amendments constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically to stay informed of any changes.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts in Malaysia.
